Currently, our company is located in Liubao Town, Baoying County, Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. Part of the installation project and sporadic renovation project of the photovoltaic field needs to be tendered. This announcement is hereby announced.
Engineering Content:
1. Weeding work on 1,000 acres in the photovoltaic zone, including all weeds and shrubs in the site, all tool purchase fees, personnel wages, insurance, management fees, overtime, profits, personal accidental injuries, third-party damage compensation, etc. All costs should be included in the total contract price, which is a fixed total price.
2. Exterior wall renovation project, exterior wall hanging net, three-layer putty, two-layer paint, the whitewashed surface is required to be white, light, without scars and no grooves. The contract price for this project is a fixed total price.
3. For the installation project of the bridge cover in the photovoltaic area, the bidder shall quote the project based on the number of the missing part of the bridge cover on the site. The contract price shall include all costs such as cover purchase, transportation, installation, after-sales warranty, water fee, etc., the contract price It is a fixed total price.
4. Safety sign production and installation project, the content of the project includes all work such as the customization, hanging, and installation of sign plates. Please refer to EXCEL attachment for the list of safety signs and customization requirements. The project price is a fixed total price.
Bidding instructions:
1. Bidders need to have the necessary qualifications for related projects. Individual bids are not accepted in this bidding. Bidders need to go to the project site to conduct surveys, and must count the workload, the quantity of materials purchased, etc., and the bid price must cover all the project content, and there must be no omissions.
2. Safety and civilized requirements: Strictly implement the "Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Regulations on the Safety Production Management of Construction Projects" (Order No. 393 of the State Council) and other relevant laws and regulations, the local safety production regulations of Jiangsu Province and Yangzhou City, and the "Safety Construction Agreement" (if any). There must be a special safety construction plan in the bidding document, which reflects measures to ensure the safety of high-altitude operations; the contractor obeys the unified management of the on-site general contractor and is responsible for implementing the safety measures and safety management of the contracted project. If safety measures and safety management are not in place and safety accidents occur, the responsibilities and losses incurred shall be borne by the contractor and have nothing to do with the developer.
3. Before ordering all materials and equipment, samples must be submitted to Party A for on-site review, and the order can be ordered after review and approval. The construction plan in the bidding document must reflect the construction cooperation content with other professions, and the construction should be organized rationally to ensure the quality, duration and safety of the construction .
4. Subcontracting and illegal subcontracting are not allowed in this project.
5. The construction process of this project should strictly abide by the national and local epidemic prevention regulations for new coronary pneumonia.
